PARADOX OF THE OPPOSITE x EVOLUTION

Today we look at our technology and see ourselves as highly evolved - but didn't the Romans and Egyptians have the same feeling?

There seems to be a lot of confusion between technological evolution and human evolution. Have we, as a species, evolved much or are we still capable of doing enormous atrocities?

There is a tendency for human beings to make a pendulum movement rather than an evolutionary movement, leaving one extreme and going towards the other extreme.

The popular saying "Strong men create easy times (extreme), easy times beget weak men (extreme). Weak men create hard times (extreme), hard times create strong men (extreme)" is a good example of this, whenever we reach one extreme there is a tendency to move towards another extreme, if not towards the opposite extreme.

Evolution is to be aware of the situation and always act appropriately, to take advantage of situations to correct bad habits, to acquire new moral and ethical values, thus improving your character.
